Gary Burke founded RFH to address the lack of transformation success, where programmes often fail to deliver the outcomes and benefits they should.


With over 30 years of experience across insurance (having started his career as a student actuary) and other regulated industries, he has successfully turned around failing programmes and delivered £multimillion transformation initiatives, implementing new technology, new operating models and ways of working.


He has guest lectured at Surrey University, speaks about transformation at conferences and is the author of A Transformation Lens, an Amazon bestseller and a winner in the 2024 Goody Business Book Awards.

The management of transformation & change as a discipline is sector agnostic and we advise SMEs and small enterprises from any industry on transformation best practice. However, much of our work is in the insurance industry where we have particular depth and breadth of knowledge and experience.
